Robert E. Powers is the Owner/Manager and Chief Appraiser.

I started my career in real estate in 1991 as a Realtor and Appraiser Trainee. I realized, after a short time, that my true calling was as a real estate appraiser so after the first two years I retired my real estate license and began appraiser training full-time. I began my training under a sponsor in Nashville, TN for about a year doing moslty FHA, Conventional and Fannie Mae Foreclosure type appraisals mostly in the large tract subdivisions in and around Nashville, TN. I continued my training under three other additional sponsors in Sumner and Wilson counties looking at properties in Sumner, Wilson, Trousdale, and Macon counties in the areas north and east of Nashville, TN. This type of work included, FHA, Rural Housing and Conventional appraisal work on single family detached housing, vacant land, farms, 2-4 family rental properties and some small commercial properties.
I gained my State Certification Residential #1519 in January, 1995. I have been an independent fee appraiser and an approved FHA appraiser since that time.
In October 2002 I took on and began training an apprentice, Ben F. Trotter, Jr.
